Add a mechanism to keep a bot message as the most recent message at all times #328
We had an effort at this a long time ago (#18) that wasn't quite the solution we had in mind, but I think this is valuable for channels like #introductions, where there aren't strong social norms to influence how people use it.
Hi Vcarl, sounds great! Would it be okay to ask would does apply for bot commands or specific bot messages or something else? In the issue referenced, I am guessing it would be some type of fixed interval as well x minutes or so?
