Error when trying to open AddonManager #157

Which OS are you using?

Windows

Expected Behaviour

Enabling MoonLoader. At the moment, it does not work, i.e. its commands are not registered in vs code

Actual Behaviour

Although it shows that the extension is installed, it doesn't work.

I also see the following error:

Reproduction steps

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+P
2. Enter >Lua:Open the Add-on Manager
3. See the error from below

Everything worked fine before
