DROP_SCHEMA doesn't operate on certain indexes #8

The DROP_SCHEMA routine fails to drop indexes in a schema which refer to tables in another schema (it makes the assumption that by dropping all tables in the schema, all indexes will also disappear which is incorrect for this circumstance).
