CI / Makefile verifies minimal platform-agnosticism #261

Ideally CI would build and test on multiple platforms, but that would be a lot of work.

In the meantime, let's have CI at least do some rudimentary checks, e.g.:

• poison.h is included in every .c file?
• linked library has no unresolved dependencies?
