These functions solve the equation
t = t0 - dT(t)
by iteration, where
t0 = time - eph->toc
and then return
dT(t).
The correct iteration to solve this equation is
t_{k+1} = t_0 - dT(t_k).
Formerly, the iteration was written as
t_{k+1} = t_k - dT(t_k),
which is not correct.

According to equation (E.3.7) in the RTKLIB docs, these functions solve the equation
t = t0 - dT(t)by iteration, where
t0 = time - eph->tocand then return
dT(t).The correct iteration to solve this equation is
t_{k+1} = t_0 - dT(t_k).Formerly, the iteration was written as
t_{k+1} = t_k - dT(t_k),which is not correct.
The difference between the incorrect iteration and the correct iteration is rather small, but the correct computation imposes no additional burden.
