• Show scheduled replica counts in tg beta endpoints retrieve dep_... human output
• Show per-region ready/scheduled deployment status details when returned by the SDK
• Add focused CLI coverage for the new deployment status fields

Overview
Extends tg beta endpoints retrieve human output for deployments with richer status from the API.

When present, the detail view now prints Scheduled replica count (alongside Ready) and a Regions section listing each region’s ready vs scheduled replicas. Region names are passed through escape_rich_markup for safe Rich output.

Adds test_retrieve_deployment_human_output_shows_status_details to lock in the new lines for a scaling deployment with multi-region status.
