Unable to see / create API keys on free accounts #305
Description
We just got a report from a user that free accounts are unable to create any access keys or view the internal API key.
I believe the internal access key is being checked against the users account limits and causing some confusion.
It also appears free users can't login using the CLI since they can't view their key.
