Calling sb.open_new_tab() causes sb.get_tabs() to return two additional tabs instead of one

It's because of chrome://omnibox-popup.top-chrome/omnibox_popup_aim.html

For every new tab, Chrome creates this special hidden tab.
This issue can be fixed by not having sb.get_tabs() include internal hidden tabs.
