Except for the call-seq, the `SequenceSet#[]` only really documented using it as an alternate form for `SequenceSet#at`.

Except for the call-seq, the
SequenceSet#[]only really documented using it as an alternate form forSequenceSet#at. This adds rdoc for the subset slice forms.Please note that some of this rdoc is "aspirational".
SequenceSet#[]contains several significant bugs for subset slicing, which will be fixed by later PRs in this PR stack.
