  • Drop Python 2 support and run junction in only Python 3 with the current set of requirements.

@palnabarun Could you close-reopen this, to re-trigger the CI and see if this PR is sufficient (even today) to fix CI failures?

If it is, please go ahead and merge this; so that we can unblock the rest of the PRs. :)

This PR is obsolete with the recent changes. We support Python 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 now.
