Proposal: snippet search #24

The proposal is to add a plug-in with a command for searching snippets. This would be a quality-of-life improvement, as currently you have to try different snippets manually to find the right one.

Example

?snippetsearch appeal

Result: A paginated list of snippets containing the word "appeal" or a close match. The full raw snippet content would be included in the output.

I'm happy to implement this. Etzeitet has already written some of the code.
