Lots of users have issues with installing python, sometimes not checking correct options or installing from correct sources. A tag would be simple and fix this issue. It could, for example say Install python for your OS at https://python.org (installing from other sources such as Microsoft store is not recommended.) Select the "Install for all users" and "add python to PATH" options. If you installed python without adding it to PATH, you will have to reinstall your version and select "add python to PATH".
In my opinion, the installation process seems pretty self explanatory. What information would the tag give that the installation guide doesn't have? Perhaps a note mentioning that python should be added to path.

I think this is a neat idea. I think
!installwould be a good name for the tag. +1CaedenPH commentedon Aug 1, 2022

Windows seems to be the most problematic with python management
