why devin doesn't require it: Devin skill frontmatter has no paths key, so dropping that line is the harness edit. disable-model-invocation: true maps to triggers: [user], as every other port skill does (poteto-help, reflect, recall, automate-me, show-me-your-work, ...). [user, model] lets the model invoke a skill upstream forbade it to. It also contradicts the port's own docs/guide/05-build-and-clean.md L55: "It doesn't load on its own, so type /pstack:typescript-best-practices when a task touches .ts or .tsx files."

smallest fix: triggers: [user].

found by the whole-port audit against upstream 88d4751 (pstack 0.15.29). fix with Closes #19.
