Tones missing from EA source #364

Tones were not extracted from EA.

Todos:

• Note this in the current version of phoible (as we do for UPSID, which lacks tone descriptions) -- priority urgent
• Update the URL to EA (https://eurphon.info)
• Update the scraping script from EA (relates to Update EA #236)
