addpatch should return the newly created patch id #27

currently when a user creates a new patch, a new patch id is calculated, patches.json is updated, and a new folder is created in the Patches folder using the patch id, but the user can only find the new patch id by either looking in the Patches folder to identify the newly created folder or by examining patches.json for the changed portions.

it would be more convenient to the user and possibly more helpful for scripting if the newly created patch id was output at the time of creation.
