🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Restoring the profile can skip the convergence wait.
This early return checks only spec.tlsSecurityProfile. The test might fail after it applies a profile but before the restore, and the spec can already match by then. Operators can also still be rolling out from an earlier change. In both cases the function returns at once and does not wait for convergence, so the next tls-observed-config spec can read stale observed config.
Drop the early return and always run the polling loop. Only skip the RestoreAPIServerTLSProfile write when the spec already matches.
