The IAP page does not say that IAP accounts are disabled on neutralized databases (duplicates, test backups, Odoo.sh staging). Users testing on staging see IAP services fail without an explanation. The tip on re-enabling an account (+disabled) was lost in a page rewrite. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The IAP page does not mention that IAP accounts are disabled on neutralized databases (duplicates, test backups, Odoo.sh staging and development). The neutralized database page lists "IAP tokens" as deactivated, but someone reading the IAP page has no way to know that, so IAP services failing on staging look like a bug.
A tip on re-enabling an account by removing
+disabledwas added in #6137 and was lost when the page was rewritten. This adds it back as a note under IAP credits, with a link to the neutralized database page.Should forward-port cleanly to 18.0 and 19.0 (same section).
