This PR drops the superfluous builder's input-row parameter,
rin, from theReadEnvtypeclass and the correspondingProxyparameter fromreadEnv. That input row was always the empty row (i.e.,()) because theNilinstance pins it to(), and eachConsstep only extends the output row, leaving it unchanged.Hardcoding the builder's input to
{}removes the parameter without changing behavior.
