REPL cursor in big input 'stops' at top visible line #59938
When working with multiline inputs that have more lines than the terminal heights (in lines), moving all to the top of the big input causes the current lower part of the input to be rendered at all times. The cursor effectively moves up, the lower lines just stay the same instead of changing.
This happens when pressing up at the top visible line.
How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?
Always
What is the expected behavior? Why is that the expected behavior?
Hey @BridgeAR , I was going to take a stab at this one. However, I am not sure what the exact issue is. I wasn't able to replicate it locally with multi-line inputs. Can you elaborate on the difference between actual and expected behavior?

@tarunbatra I indeed did not describe the issue properly earlier. Thank you for pointing that out!
It must be an input that has more lines than the whole terminal is able to show at that time.

@BridgeAR Does this screen recording show the bug correctly?

I have added a PR as well on this. #60222 @BridgeAR
I am still working on coming up with a test for this case. Meanwhile I would appreciate any reviews I can get.
repl: handle screen refresh for multiline input
repl: make history navigation work with big inputs
