Create fine grained token for orchestrion-js #1022
Description
#1011 transferred orchestrion to Node.js org. We relied on a GitHub PAT for release-please. I'm unclear based on #891 how this was done for import-in-the-middle. Can you please provide guidance to how we can get a PAT for the nodejs-github-bot
