Bug description

• For external storage mounts, there is an option to set previews to off
• Even when I do that, previews still show up when browsing an external storage

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable files_external app with occ app:enable files_external
2. Login as admin
3. Create a new external storage in https://nc.murena.com/settings/admin/externalstorages# and set the "Enable previews" option to off
4. Go to the external storage that was created

Expected behavior

• File previews should not be seen
• However they are seen 👇
