If I create a file with the name 'superuniquefilename' and grep after that string in the log files, I find entries about which user created the file and when it was created. If I now add a tag 'superuniquetag' and grep for that string, I find nothing. If now a user creates a tag 'superoffensivetag', which is visible for everyone on the server, we have no means of auditing which user created that tag.
