additional options/OVERRIDE_APP_HOST option removed from the UI or doesn't work #732

Describe the bug
The additional options UI has disappeared from the UI, maybe a regression from this PR: #705. Going back a few commits (4074fd8), it can be set in the UI but it doesn't work still. "additional_options" is not available here in the deploy config:

more testing is required to rule out the php cache and find the exact point of the issue, if additional option was never inserted in the DB or if it wasn't fetched properly.

As a workaround how I'm supposed to configure the ExApp container to report its health to main NC container?
I have Caddy +NC sitting one one network and NC + HaRP sitting on other network.
It seems like "Nextlcoud URL" field dictates both how my browser pings ExApp for healthchecks as well as how ExApp itself reports healthcheck to NC. But there is difference - one is supposed to communicate from outside of the network and the other one inside - it's not reasonable to have on URL for both cases.
