Thread_Creation_Menu - Canned Response without thread creation #3408

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please elaborate.

I bring this up as a suggestion because a server I run the bot for may like to have this implemented. Currently a thread needs to be created either after the menu has been selected or at the time of writing the initial message.

Describe the solution you'd like

The server I run for would like to be able to add a canned response for an option / or submenu option that just sends back a canned response to the user without creating any thread.
For example useful to answer frequently ask questions. There could be cases in which the user should be informed about something but there shouldn´t be a conversation in form of a thread.
Example: Theres a select menu option: Partnership application -> Canned response: Partnership applications are currently closed. Please keep an eye on our announcement channel for any news regarding this topic.
In that case the information is fixed, about this topic should not be created a thread

Would be nice if the message could be configureable like being an embed with customizeable description, title footer, image etc.

This could be implemented as another kind of command/submenu on the option add/submenu option add, edit etc that is for example response and then it prompts the user the name of the response that has been created in beforehand. For example via ?threadmenu response add. So basically similar to the other mechanism for having different actions for the select menu. ?threadmenu response add /edit could ask for the embed description, optional title, footer, embed images etc. to have it customzied as much as other parts of the bot.
