   some ideas:

   • UI beautification: dark mode, collapsable docks, icon per group box, some units. like (mm, cm), ...
   • draggable fiducia, some shortcuts, progressbar for ICP, ...
   • session workflow save as json or add to Report
   • some algorithmic advancements to ICP and maybe automatic initial alignment (PCA based) and maybe live plot of convergence and some fit quality metrics
   • drag and drop support for mri dir, info and other files ...
   • some batch/pipeline mode so one could save and apply it to other subjects
   • some tests on fitting meth, visibility, ...

   Happy to work on this with you soon, all sound reasonable to me.

   FYI we already have MRI scaling parameters.cfg that gets saved in the warped directory, and this can be loaded and applied. So we have some precedence for state / process provenance and reapplication. But would be good to be able to save and load from the GUI as well.

   Dark mode should be fairly easy hopefully since brain has it (see theme here), we should mirror whatever is done there and improve on if it needed. mne-qt-browser shares a similar path, too.
