Reviewed: the complete diff only replaces the two IssueLens Vlad Vannov (@main) action references (issue loop and team-memory coordinator) with the full immutable commit c431d42dddf4e6bf20329b0ac96dbd8a4bf04006. Verified the target commit and action manifest exist; all other workflow contents are unchanged. Approved under the requested pinning-only review scope.
Two E2E checks are currently failing (Windows java27-primitive-patterns and macOS java-gradle). This scope-limited approval does not certify those checks or diagnose their failures.
