[INITIATIVE] WebAssembly-based lib module #239

Description

Provide a lib module based on a wasi/wasm compiled version of the native bindings.

This will allow to run helm-java on any platform-architecture.

Leverage https://github.com/dylibso/chicory for this purpose (with the help of @andreaTP?).

To compile the Go code to wasm/wasi there are several options:
