[Resources] Persist selected filters and search query in the URL - #8237
Persists the selected filters and the search query in the URL on /resources, so a filtered view can be shared, bookmarked, and restored on reload.
Filters are stored as repeated ?filter=X&filter=Y params and restored on load.
The search query is stored as ?q=... and restored once the data has loaded.
Filter checkboxes are now controlled, so filters restored from the URL show as ticked.
URL updates use history.replaceState, so other query params are kept and the back button isn't flooded with entries.

Notes for Reviewers
Tested locally on /resources:
?q=kanvas is restored on load and stays in the URL.
?filter=Article&filter=Blog&q=kanvas restores the search, both ticked filters, and the results in a new tab.
Clear Filters removes filter and keeps q.
Clearing the search box removes q.

Bug Fixes
Resource filter selections are restored from the URL and stay synchronized when filters are changed or cleared. Other query parameters and the page hash are preserved.
Resource search terms are restored from the URL after loading and stay synchronized as you search. Clearing a search removes its URL parameter without affecting other query parameters or the hash.
Filter checkboxes correctly reflect the selected resource options.

New Features
Resource filter selections and text searches are saved in the page URL and restored when the page is revisited.
Updating or clearing filters and searches preserves other URL parameters and the page fragment.
Bug Fixes
Filter checkboxes now accurately reflect active selections.
Searches entered while results are loading are applied when results are ready, and clearing a search removes it from the URL.

Walkthrough
The resources page restores filter selections and search text from URL query parameters. Filter and search changes update the URL while preserving other query parameters and the hash. Filter checkboxes reflect selected values, and filter changes reset pagination to page 1.

Summary
Search helper API src/utils/usedataList.js
useDataList adds searchByText and isLoading. It stores searches entered before the search index is ready and runs them when the search object updates. searchData delegates to searchByText, which trims the stored query and searches with the original text.
Filter URL state src/pages/resources/index.js, src/sections/Resources/Resources-grid/filters.js
The page restores repeated filter parameters and updates them when filters change or are cleared. These actions reset pagination to page 1. Filter checkboxes are checked when their values are selected.
Search URL state src/sections/Resources/Resources-grid/ResourcesList.js
ResourcesList restores a nonempty q parameter after loading. Search changes update or remove q while preserving other query parameters and the hash.

Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue #8232 requires filter and search URL persistence, restoration, and unchanged behavior without parameters. index.js reads repeated filter parameters, controls filter state, and updates only the filter parameters with history.replaceState. ResourcesList.js restores q after loading and synchronizes later search changes. filters.js binds checkbox state to the restored filter values. useDataList.js defers restored searches until the search index is ready. These changes preserve other query parameters and the hash, and clearing filters or search removes only the related parameter. The supplied evidence does not show added automated tests, but the coding requirements are implemented.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The changed code remains connected to issue #8232. The page component manages filter URL state, the resource list manages search URL state, the filter component renders restored selections, and useDataList.js supports reliable search restoration after index initialization. No unrelated change is established by the supplied summary or reviewed file content.

@dhruveshmishra@PARTH-TUSSLE@Maanvi212006 I have updated the /resources page to persist search queries and selected filters directly in the URL. Could you please review this when you get a chance? Let me know if any adjustments are needed. Thank you!

The changes look good overall. One concern is that the search query might not be restored if the search index isn't ready when searchByText runs. Also, since the checkboxes are now controlled by React state, the manual DOM updates in clear() seem unnecessary. Could you address these and test the search and filter behavior once more?

Search race condition (ResourcesList.js): Initialize searchRestored.current = true on mount if no initial ?q= exists; currently, typing before the search index loads prevents the query from saving to the URL.
Avoid DOM scraping (index.js): Since checkboxes are now controlled, update filter state directly from e.target.value and e.target.checked instead of document.querySelectorAll.
Don't trim spaces while typing (usedataList.js): setSearchQuery(text.trim()) eats trailing spaces in multi-word searches (e.g., "service mesh"). Only trim when calling search.search().
Support comma-separated filters (index.js): Use rawFilters.flatMap(f => f.split(',')) and new Set to handle both ?filter=A,B and repeated params without duplicates.
Formatting (ResourcesList.js:126): Add missing space in productData, techData and fix extra indentation on line 128.
Reviewed at b1bfc15. Nothing blocking: the approach is sound and the earlier review points are all addressed at head. Non-blocking notes:
src/pages/resources/index.js:28 - unknown filter values are accepted and persisted. ?filter=bogus ticks nothing and shows every resource, but "Clear Filters" goes active and the param stays in the URL. Worth intersecting the parsed values against options before setFilter.
src/utils/usedataList.js:24-29 - the pendingText fallback looks unreachable. searchByText only runs from a keystroke (index already built) or from the isLoading-gated restore (where isLoading === false means setSearch has run), so the [search] effect never fires. Two guards for one race; I would keep one.
src/sections/Resources/Resources-grid/ResourcesList.js:34 - with no q in the URL and an empty box, this still runs a replaceState on every load that rewrites the URL to itself. Early-return when there is nothing to write.
Minor: the URL stores the trimmed query while the input keeps the raw text, so "kanvas " writes ?q=kanvas and a reload changes what is in the box.
The description bullet about collecting input[type=checkbox][value] is from an earlier revision; the code no longer queries the DOM.
@piyushtripathi9424's changes-requested review was against 01173599 and all five points are fixed in d93f6a33/d639346a, so a re-review would clear the block.

Thanks for the careful review @hiyach28! Addressed in the latest commit:
Unknown filter values: parsed values are now intersected with options before setFilter, so ?filter=bogus is ignored and “Clear Filters” no longer goes active.
pendingText fallback: agreed, it was unreachable. Removed it along with the [search] effect and the guard in searchByText; the isLoading-gated restore is now the single guard, and the shared hook is much closer to master.
No-op replaceState: the URL sync effect now returns early when the query is empty and there is no q to remove, so nothing is rewritten on load.
Trimmed q vs raw input: this is intentional. Trailing whitespace carries no meaning for the search, so the URL stores the trimmed form while the box keeps what the user typed, so typing a space between words is not eaten. Happy to revisit if you would prefer otherwise.
PR description: updated to remove the outdated DOM-query bullet.
