scripts.preInstall and scripts.postInstall are not implemented #503

scripts.preInstall and scripts.postInstall are accepted in the configuration but silently ignored: only scripts.bootstrap is implemented. The old README said "Pre and post-install scripts coming soon!".

Where

model/Scripts defines preInstall and postInstall, but nothing reads getPreInstall() or getPostInstall().

Proposal

Run them from the installers that support it:

• DEB: preinst/postinst maintainer scripts (jdeb control files).
• RPM: %pre/%post (Redline setPreInstallScript/setPostInstallScript).
• PKG: pkgbuild --scripts with preinstall/postinstall.
• Inno Setup: [Run] entries or CurStepChanged.
• MSI: custom actions.

Until then, log a warning when they are set, so users know they have no effect.
