Pietro Milillo noticed that the dimension scales for the RFI metadata aren't quite right for the QD5+5 mode. For example, the granule
has the same frequency axis for A/VV and B/HH RFI metadata despite these having different center frequencies. This turns out to be because the code that queries the center frequency for the RFI metadata writer does not specify the polarization. That's usually not a problem, but in the QD5+5 case it matters because there are two channels processed by the "B" filter on-board that have distinct center frequencies (the RSLC re-labels one as "A", but they're both "B" in the L0B).
