This PR fixes the instrument name and radar band for InSAR products.
Currently, the instrument name is hard-coded to
"{radar_band_name}-SAR". As a result, any L-band InSAR product (e.g., from UAVSAR or ALOS-1/2) hasinstrumentNamepopulated with"L-SAR", even if the product was not acquired by NISAR.This PR also fixes the radar band, which currently only supports
"L"and"S". This prevents InSAR products from being generated for other frequency bands (e.g., X-, C-, or P-band).In order for the unit tests to pass, this PR also updates the
winnipeg.h5,SanAnd_129.h5, andSanAnd_138.h5test RSLC by adding the H5 datasetsinstrumentNameandradarBand, with valuesUAVSARandL, respectively.
