Description
This looks like a reversion: notice that the parameter setting the lower bound of the Y axis is not scaled to the same level as the rest of the canvas.
It's not a major issue--in fact, it would help having several scales for widgets on the same canvas at some stage, since it makes sense to have things like this much smaller than the significant stuff--but I thought I'd better bring it to your attention!

The bug reported here will be fixed as part of https://sourceforge.net/p/minsky/tickets/858/. However, the idea that all widgets can be independently scaled, like Godley, Plot, Sheet and Groups is something I've thought of doing for a while. I thought I already had a ticket open for it, but apparently not. Will require a refactorisation of the resize code - drying it out, as currently it is independently implemented in each of the above widgets.

Useful feature for next iteration so that, for example, a constant used to set a maximum for a graph can be made a smaller size as you zoom in, otherwise the number ends up dominating the display.

Standardise resize mechanism would fix this.
