After my debugging, I found that the
/registerroute cannot be accessed.Please see the following guide on how to connect Host Applications to GitHub Remote MCP Server.
As noted in the guide, we do not support Dynamic Client Registration at this time.
During this Public Preview period for GitHub Remote MCP, we'll be updating this guide regularly as new information and updates become available.

Why is the host integration using the "draft" state of the specification? Can't this possibly change? None of the official sdks support it either
