Other interesting things

The bug doesn't reproduce on mintty and Windows Terminal with PowerShell.
Interactive commands with diffFilter used to work fine until release 2.56.0.

Terminal/shell

Bash

Commands that trigger the issue

GIT_CONFIG_GLOBAL=/dev/null git -c interactive.diffFilter=cat add -ip

Expected behaviour

Interactive session to work: to be able to type into the prompt, and to be albe to exit using Ctrl+C or Ctrl+D.

Actual behaviour

Cannot type, cannot exit with Ctrl+C or Ctrl+D. I have to kill the git process from task manager.

# Not using any diffFilter doesn't trigger the issue:
GIT_CONFIG_GLOBAL=/dev/null git add -ip

# Invoking git in winpty also avoid the issue:
GIT_CONFIG_GLOBAL=/dev/null winpty git -c interactive.diffFilter=cat add -ip
