Python-Flint Version: 0.8.0

Code:

from flint import fmpz_mat
fmpz_mat([]).lll()

The kernel crashes without returning a matrix or raising an exception.

    In fact it is a segfault:

    In [2]: fmpz_mat([]).lll()
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
