Walkthrough
Maintained app records are updated with new release versions, patched-query thresholds, installer URLs, and SHA-256 checksums. Audacity, ClipBook, and Notesnook records use updated macOS app identifiers in their source and output data and related scripts. Four SQLPro uninstall scripts add app-specific Application Scripts directories to cleanup.

Older ClipBook and Audacity installations can be treated as patched without being upgraded. Preserve legacy-identifier detection before merging, or explicitly accept that coverage loss.

Audacity 4 ships as org.audacityteam.audacity4, ClipBook 2.x as
com.ikryanov.clipbook.v2, and Notesnook has always been
org.streetwriters.notesnook (verified from each DMG's Info.plist). The
exists query check in the macOS validator caught the mismatch.

Keep an old-identifier branch in the Audacity queries.
The head changes all three Audacity queries from org.audacityteam.audacity to org.audacityteam.audacity4. An installed Audacity build that still reports org.audacityteam.audacity (a pre-4 build) no longer matches any query. The patch policy passes for that host even when the installed version is older than 4.0.2. At merge base, the same host failed the patched query. The generator reads the identifier from the Homebrew input (ee/maintained-apps/inputs/homebrew/audacity.json), so change the input or the generator to match both identifiers for the patched query. Do not edit the generated JSON alone.

Update the Audacity source input or query generator so the generated exists,
patched, and open queries recognize both bundle identifiers; ensure patched
still fails for an old-identifier installation below version 4.0.2. Do not fix
this only in the generated JSON.

Keep detection for the pre-2.x ClipBook bundle identifier.
The ClipBook queries now match only com.ikryanov.clipbook.v2. A Mac with an older ClipBook build under com.ikryanov.clipbook has no matching row. The exists check fails. The patched check passes because no .v2 build exists. The open check passes whenever the old build runs. The base queries detected these hosts, so this change removes that detection. Support both identifiers, for example by allowing a list of identifiers in the input and generated queries.
