Bumps github.com/klauspost/compress from v1.18.6 to v1.18.7 in the root module, tools/upgrade, and tools/gitops-auto-complete. Main already carries v1.19.2 via #53670, which is a feature PR and not cherry-pickable, so this is a direct bump on the RC.
