Adds SarTest no-interface and an issue-54-no-interface scenario: open SAR with a configuration that has no hardware interface, and fail unless it offers at least two inputs and two outputs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Without a hardware interface (first run, or after the selected driver
failed to load), SAR offered one mono input and one mono output. Live
("only supports audio devices that have at least one stereo output")
and Reason refuse such a device, so SAR's control panel was out of
reach until it was configured from another host. Offer two of each.
Also free the previous fake buffers when createBuffers is called again
instead of dropping the pointers.
Fixes #31, fixes #54.

With no hardware interface configured (first run, or after the selected driver failed to load), SarAsio offered one mono input and one mono output. Live rejects such a device ("Live only supports audio devices that have at least one stereo output"), and Reason does too according to a comment on #54. So SAR's control panel was out of reach until it had been configured from another host such as REAPER, the workaround people used in both issues.
SarAsio now offers two inputs and two outputs in that state. It also frees the previous fake buffers when
createBuffersis called again instead of dropping the pointers.Test

SarTest no-interfacecheck (issue-54-no-interfacescenario): write a configuration without a hardware interface, open SAR the way a host does (init, getChannels, getChannelInfo, createBuffers on every channel, start, stop), and fail unless it offers at least a stereo pair each way.Not tested with Live or Reason themselves. The error message in both issues asks for exactly this, but it's worth confirming with a Live trial before closing the issues.
