markdown-link-check 3.15.0 depends on chalk 6 (Node >=22) and commander 15 (Node >=22.12), which breaks `npm run check:markdown` on Node 20 and 21. The repo supports Node >=20, so stay on 3.14.2. Works through the open items on the Renovate Dependency Dashboard (#1): - renovate.json: rename the deprecated `config:base` preset to `config:recommended` and `masterIssue` to `dependencyDashboard`, which clears the "Config Migration Needed" notice. Passes `renovate-config-validator --strict`. - Remove the deprecated `@types/next` dev dependency. Nothing imports Next.js types: the Next.js middleware takes untyped `req`/`res`, and tsconfig limits `types` to `node` and `cypress`. - Update markdown-link-check from 3.13.6 to 3.15.0, taking the update from #939. #939 pinned 3.14.2 because 3.15.0's chalk 6 and commander 15 need Node 22, but the dev toolchain already requires Node 22.14 (`.nvmrc`, semantic-release 25), and dev dependencies don't affect the published plugin's Node 20 support. 3.15.0 also shares one proxy-agent stack with link-check instead of installing a second copy. #939 could not merge on its own: its lockfile conflicts with master, so the CI workflow never ran, and Renovate stopped rebasing it after a manual commit. The lockfile was regenerated with npm; only packages in the markdown-link-check and @types/next trees changed.
