   I am not sure whether we can find a portable way to implement it? Maybe you can do a pr? @spectereye

   We can get the underlying handle, do it properly for win32/gtk/and mac?

   rcedit or ResourceHacker would work for .exe file, but better to set icon with webview.icon if possible?
