quick rapid successive reset of usb slave devices seems to cause the USB driver to stop enumerating the device. #243

When programming an Arduino Leonardo using a BeagleBone, the double reset that is used for programming seems to occasionally cause the BeagleBone to stop enumerating the Arduino till the next reboot on that port.
