add retries on serialization errors for write operations #366

folks may use zed to run scripts with invocations happening in parallel.
When these are taking place, there may be increased chances of a serialization error happening on the server side.

This issue proposes to add retry mechanisms to:

• relationship create
• relationship touch
• relationship delete
• relationship bulk-delete
