This change prevents old canvas sizes taking priority when determineCanvasSize is called multiple times. determineCanvasSize is called multiple times on the /developer.html page: - First on page load inside the DebugBenchmarkController#startBenchmarkImmediatelyIfEncoded function. - Second on pressing the Run benchmark button.
