WHY are these changes introduced?

Continuation of #3713

WHAT is this pull request doing?

• Use the right backend when a new organization is selected during the execution of webhook trigger.
• Simplify the code to use existing helpers.
• Use data from the current user configuration instead of .env.
• Add some missing flags for the command: client-id, path, config.
• Regarding the secret, it was taken from flag, prompt, .env or Partners. Now it's taken from flag, user config or platform.
• Regarding the api key, it was taken from .env or Partners. Now it's taken from flag, user config or platform.
• When a config is used, a banner is showing it as we do in other places:
