Exploit Bug #83
Description
If you display all tickets currently open and if there are one or more tickets open actually, you often get kicked due to something that looks like a exploit bug. The problem is that the kick happens often but not always, so its hard to track the issue down. Sometimes it just displays you open tickets but more often you get kicked. According to the error it seems like ReportRTS is sending to large packets to the client. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
Error in the log: "[Netty Server IO #0/ERROR]: java.lang.NullPointerException"
Client-Error: "Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(207) + length(1) exceeds writer Index(207): PooledUnsafeDirectByteBuf(ridx: 207, widx: 207, cap:207)"

Have you tried removing special characters from this line?
error-permission: '%red%Du benötigst Rechte um dies zu tun: {0}'
Either way it really sounds like you have issues with the fancy tickets. I've not really been working on this in a long time. I want to pick it back up but I never have the time. I suggest you try to set the following line to false in config.yml

I followed your suggestions and the issue is gone. Thank you really much for working through my messsages.yml and for the the help, I appreciate it. :)
