Is your improvement related to a problem? Please describe.

When performing operations on failure groups containing very large numbers of messages the operation can take a very long time and there is no option for a user to cancel a partially completed operation.

A large retry operation may cause additional load on a running system and not being able to cancel it may cause additional faults in a running system.

Describe the suggested solution

• Allow operation to be cancelled at any point
• The operation should not roll back partial progress, the user should be made aware of that.
