Describe the bug

###Error on selecting "Add relation" Filter.
UncaughtPromiseError > OwlError
Uncaught Promise > The following error occurred in onWillStart: "Data is loading"

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open spreadsheet for any Pivot view
  2. click on File > Filters
  3. "Add relation" error will come
