macOS < 10.7 does not have
O_CLOEXEC. This matches the fix for another macro just below, and used elsewhere, for example, inlegacy-supportlibrary: https://github.com/macports/macports-legacy-support/blob/1965ad6ab6c31842158d53ee38f4828e517278a5/include/sys/fcntl.h#L35-L37With this patch,
pkgsrccan be bootstrapped on 10.6.
