[Feature Request] Import and export Prompt Queue items as .smproj files #1758

Proposal

Allow importing and exporting items in the Inference Prompt Queue directly as .smproj files.

Motivation (from Discord)

I really like the prompt queue but currently in order to change whatever story it's telling I have to pull all the prompts out and replace them by loading the files as projects and then exporting them to the queue.

Right now, swapping a batch of queued prompts (e.g. switching "story" batches) requires manually pulling prompts out, loading them as projects, and re-exporting them into the queue. Native import/export of queue entries as .smproj files would make queue contents portable, shareable, and much faster to swap in bulk.
