Issue with accepting a badge when there's a slash in the name #906

It seems that we are not escaping slashes when they are in the badge name - and that means when you go to the URL to accept the badge, it gives you a 404.

I've updated the badge URLs to remove the slashes for now, but we need to address the root issue here.
